I've gone jam crazy. I never made it to the orchard to pick peaches so I had to buy them at the store. I canned 7 half pints of peach jam yesterday and it is DELICIOUS - would have been even better with fresh picked, ripened on the tree peaches, though. I don't think I'm ever buying store bought jam again.

More Jam
I've gone jam crazy. I never made it to the orchard to pick peaches so I had to buy them at the store.
