Allie's Faux 5th Birthday

I promised to write about this a week ago and haven't gotten around to it. When my parents came in February, they brought part of Allie's birthday presents with them. My mom wanted to be here when she opened them and they won't be back until a month after Allie's birthday. We baked a couple (marbled yellow and chocolate) and iced it with buttercream frosting. We finished it off with sprinkles and 5 pink candles. Allie was very excited to get to have cake 6 weeks before her birthday and to open her birthday presents. She LOVES her new princess leotard and jacket. She's worn them to ballet and gymnastics every week since.
